Security Guideline

1. OWNER / RESIDENT ENTERING
1.1 WITH ACCESS CARD
  • Entry/exit via resident’s lane, using registered access card.
1.2 NO ACCESS CARD / INVALID ACCESS CARD
  • Present invalid access card for guard for verification purposes
  • Duty Officer to record the below:
    • Name, contact
    • Address
    • Access card serial number
  • In condition of Duty Officer unable recognize the owner/residents, Duty Officer has the right to proceed with VISITOR REGISTRATION (refer to 2.0).

 

2. VISITOR REGISTRATION
2.1 ENTERING BETWEEN 7:00AM – 11:00PM
  • Present driving license / ID Card to guard for scanning and recording purposes
  • Duty Officer register vehicle entry in “Record Book”:
    • Vehicle Registration Number (Car plate)
    • Resident’s home address
    • Time of entry
    • Name & ID Number appear on ID Card / driving license
  • Driving license / ID Card will be returned after registration process
2.2 ENTERING LATE NIGHT (11:00PM – 7:00AM)
  • Duty Officer will do registration as in 2.1 above, and conduct the below “Escort” procedure
    • Follow visitor to the resident’s unit
    • Obtain signature from resident for verification
2.3 HOUSE EVENT VISITORS
  • Only when owner/resident has Pre-Registered at guard house regarding the event with below info:
    • Address
    • Date & Time of event
  • Visitor MUST correctly provide the matching house address with the event info

 

3. TAXI / GRAB
3.1 OWNER/RESIDENT PRESENT IN VEHICLE
  • Duty officer will record the below:
    • Vehicle Registration Number (Car Plate)
    • Time of entry
    • Address
3.2 OWNER/RESIDENT NOT IN VEHICLE
  • If Duty Officer is unable to identify the Owner/Resident is present in the vehicle, Duty Officer has the right to proceed with VISITOR REGISTRATION (refer to 2.0)
4. CONTRACTORS / WORKMEN
4.1 ENTERING AREA WITHIN WORKING HOURS (8:30AM – 6:00PM)
  • Duty Officer will register in “Record Book”
    • Vehicle Registration Number (Car plate)
    • Resident’s home address
    • Time of entry
    • Name & ID Number appear on ID Card / driving license
4.2 AFTER WORKING HOURS (6:00PM – 8:30AM)
  • Unless Duty Officer receives notification from house owner, otherwise no Contractors / Workmen are allowed to enter the area
5. VEHICLE PARKING
5.1 GENERAL VEHICLE
  • Residents/Visitors are advised to park responsibly without blocking the road
5.2 HEAVY VEHICLE BELOW 5 TONS
  • Heavy vehicle parking within the residential area is not encouraged. However if required, resident may park their heavy vehicle near the recreational area after guard house entrance.
  • Duty officer has the right to issue warning notice to heavy vehicle blocking the runway during patrol. Failure to remove the vehicle after several subsequent notice, Committee Member may report to local authorities for further actions.
5.3 HEAVY VEHICLE EXCEEDING 5 TONS
  • No heavy vehicle exceeding 5 tons is allowed to park within the residential area.
  • However if required under reasonable circumstances, owner/resident shall inform the committee members or Duty Officer to notify the below:
    • Address
    • Parking duration
    • Purpose / activity going on
